At DUI school everyone who got a 0.08%BAC all said they were not even slightly buzzed. Ever see that advertisement "Buzzed driving is still drunk driving", who is arguing that? This country is so loaded with phony "experts" who take a 48 hour seminar to then call themself an "expert". What happens is that on every police report they HAVE TO say that the person was "staggering, floundering, stuttering etc" even when at the lowest possible level and so then the justices have no problem lowering it until the police stop reporting such behavior but that will never happen. I hate this place because I hate the people in charge. The economy killed the majority back in year 2000. There isn't a thing that I can say is real because it's all on credit and an impossible bill to pay ie. fantasy land of hype and phony media and phony "experts".
